Return/Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items are not eligible for return if worn beyond basic try-on.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free of any signs of outdoor use, including sun exposure, sweat, saltwater, dirt, or washing
- In original packaging with tags still attached
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation as proof of purchase
- Items showing odor, pet hair, or environmental exposure are not eligible.
Items returned without original packaging or tags may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, closeout/final sale items, or gift cards.
How to Start a Return or Exchange (U.S. Orders)
Reply to your original order confirmation email to initiate a request. We will review it and, if eligible, provide next steps and a return shipping label. The first return shipping label is provided free of charge. Any subsequent return transactions will be the customer's responsibility for shipping costs.


Returns outside of the U.S
Follow the same process as above.
We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders and you must pay for all shipping expenses.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above. To request an exchange, reply to your original order confirmation email and let us know what you'd like instead. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method instead.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you whether your return or exchange has been approved or denied based on item condition. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Items returned without original packaging or tags may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% at our discretion. Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. Items returned in non-compliant condition may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Damages & Defects
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by replying to your original order confirmation email. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Defect claims may require additional inspection before a resolution is approved. Our gear is built for the outdoors — fading, wear, discolorationand patina from sun and trail use are a natural part of that life, not a defect.
Ultralight Fabric Products
Our ultralight fabric styles (60 gsm and 90 gsm) are engineered for weight, breathability and packability. They are not designed for high-abrasion activities such as bushwhacking, scrambling, or off-trail use. Due to the delicate nature of these fabrics, damage resulting from rough handling, excessive force, snagging, tearing, or abrasion is not covered under this warranty as a defect or warranty issue.
Fair Use
Our return policy is not intended for field-tested or heavily used items. We reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or limit future purchases for customers with excessive return history or suspected abuse. If denied due to condition, the item can be returned to you
