Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items are not eligible for return if worn beyond basic try-on.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Approved for return or exchange at our discretion
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free of any signs of outdoor use or wear
- In original packaging with tags still attached
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation as proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, closeout/final sale items, or gift cards. Accounts with prior excessive returns will be subject to restocking fees and/or return restrictions on future orders. Items returned with odors, pet hair, smoke exposure, deodorant marks, stains, or other signs of wear are not eligible for refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange (U.S. Orders)
Reply to your original order confirmation email to initiate a request. We will review it and, if eligible, provide next steps and a return shipping label. The first return shipping label is provided free of charge once per customer per rolling 12-month period. Any subsequent return transactions will be the customer's responsibility for shipping costs. Free return labels apply to standard use only and will not be issued to accounts with prior excessive return activity. Orders containing multiple sizes of the same product may not qualify for free return shipping.


Returns Outside of the U.S.
Follow the same process as above. We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders and you must pay for all shipping expenses.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same product and print only. Exchanges cannot be made for a different product or a different print/colorway. Final sale and closeout items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above. To request an exchange, reply to your original order confirmation email and let us know what size you'd like instead.
A $6.99 outbound shipping fee will be invoiced on your original order and must be paid in full before the exchange item is shipped. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method instead.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you whether your return or exchange has been approved or denied based on item condition. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the item cost only. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
Damages & Defects
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by replying to your original order confirmation email. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damaged or defective area. Defect claims may require additional inspection before a resolution is approved. Our gear is built for the outdoors — fading, wear, and patina from sun and trail use are a natural part of that life, not a defect.
Lost Packages & Refused Deliveries
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping charges. If the package is successfully returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed packages that are not reshipped within 14 days of our notification may be restocked and refunded for the item cost only, minus any applicable fees.
Fair Use
Our return policy is not intended for field-tested or used items. We reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or limit future purchases for customers with excessive return history or suspected abuse. If denied due to condition, the item can be returned to you.
Excessive Returns / Abuse Prevention
We monitor return activity to ensure fair use of our policy. Accounts showing patterns of excessive returns, repeated high-volume ordering with partial returns, or suspected use of products beyond basic try-on may be subject to the following:
- Orders may be held for review or canceled prior to shipment
- Return requests require additional approval criteria
- Free return shipping may be revoked
- Future orders will be limited or declined
We reserve the right to define excessive return behavior at our sole discretion.
