The Marmot

where is The Marmot

Commonly Found

Marmots are commonly found in mountainous regions across the Northern Hemisphere, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia. In the U.S., you’ll often spot them in alpine and subalpine areas of the Rockies, Sierra Nevada, and the Cascades. They prefer open meadows and rocky slopes at high elevations, where they can dig burrows and keep a watchful eye for predators. Marmots thrive in cool climates and are a familiar sight for hikers and mountaineers exploring higher altitudes.

The Town Shirt looks really nice

The Town Shirt looks really nice. Fabric is very nice, too. Haven't worn it yet since it's in the 90s. Will wear it when it gets a little cooler. The hood is nice on it and should work out well.

Best Trekking Shirt Ever

What a perfect shirt. I purchased a large which is a bit oversized for me but I love it! I wore it on a quick three day backpacking trek near Grouse Ridge in Sierra Nevadas. I received numerous compliments and my 9 year grandson thought it was pretty cool. Although he truly believes that the marmots are actually otters. I’m still working on animal identification with him. Love this shirt!
