Discount Policy

Discount codes and promotions are offered by TownShirt Co. at our discretion. By using a discount code, you agree to the terms below.

Discount Application

Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. We do not apply discounts, issue partial refunds, or make price adjustments for codes presented after an order has been completed.

Combining Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of the offer. Discount codes are subject to expiration dates and usage limitations as specified in the offer details.

Single-Use Codes

Certain codes are issued for single use only. Using multiple email addresses or accounts to reuse a single-use code is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the discount and suspension of the associated accounts.

Discount Code Misuse and Abuse

Discount codes are issued for specific individuals, programs, or promotions. Codes may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by anyone other than the intended recipient. Use of a code by an unauthorized party constitutes misuse and is subject to the following:

• Prior to fulfillment: The order may be canceled or held pending payment of the full retail price.
• After fulfillment: If a return is requested on an order placed with a misused code, the refund will be the purchase price paid, less the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable in all cases.
• Future orders: TownShirt Co. reserves the right to restrict or cancel future orders from any account associated with discount code misuse.
