Shipping Policy

Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped on a weekly basis. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed before it ships. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Orders below $100 are subject to standard carrier rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law. This applies to all orders including those that are returned, refused, or undeliverable.

International Orders

We do not offer free shipping on international orders. We do not collect international taxes, duties, or tariffs on your behalf. You may be responsible for additional fees collected by your local delivery service before your package is released. Any order refused for this reason will be refunded the purchase price only, excluding all shipping charges.

Customer-Requested Shipment Changes

Once an order has shipped, TownShirt Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from any customer-initiated changes to the shipment, including address corrections, delivery holds, package intercepts, or rerouting requests made through the carrier or any third party. Customers who initiate such changes assume full responsibility for the outcome. We will not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or delayed as a result of customer-initiated carrier interventions.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to TownShirt Co. due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or any other reason, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. To have the package reshipped, a reshipment fee will apply. If the customer does not wish to pay the reshipment fee, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued for the purchase price paid, less the original shipping charge.
