At TownShirt Co, we use artificial intelligence to generate images of children appearing in our marketing materials, including our website, email campaigns, and social media. These images are entirely AI-generated — no real children were photographed or used in the creation of this content.

We made this choice deliberately. Children cannot meaningfully consent to having their images used for commercial marketing purposes, and we believe protecting their privacy and dignity is the right thing to do.

This includes marketing for products like our Youth Red Eft Sun Hoodie, where we want to show how our gear fits and performs for kids without putting real children in front of a camera for commercial use.

What this means

• All child-appearing models in our marketing are AI-generated and do not represent real individuals.
• No personal data or likenesses of real children were used to create these images.
